The reverse also works, and it is the natural direction for Mauritian companies: your team is already at the beach, so come to Reunion for what your island does not have. The volcano, the cirques, canyons and waterfalls, maloya music. In that case we organise the entire Reunion leg from the airport onwards: transfers, hotel, plenary, team building, evening.
Flights and formalities, in plain terms
- The flight. The Reunion-Mauritius route is the busiest regional link in the zone, flown by Air Austral and Air Mauritius with several daily rotations, about 45 minutes in the air. For a group of 20 or more on the same rotation, book early and fix flight times before locking the programme, not the other way round.
- Passports. Mauritius is outside the European Union: every participant needs a valid passport for the Mauritian leg. Check this at registration, not three weeks before departure. For the Reunion leg alone, EU citizens can travel on a national ID card; other nationalities need a passport and, depending on citizenship, a French visa.
- One schedule. Two hotels, two sets of suppliers and a flight in the middle: without a single pilot, friction piles up. We organise the Reunion side directly and coordinate the Mauritian leg with the hotel or local DMC of your choice, on one master schedule.
Budget, the honest way
We only publish what we actually invoice, and we do not invoice Mauritian services. For the Reunion leg, our published figures apply: about €280 to €380 per person per day for a residential format (room, full catering, accommodation, activities), plus our agency fee, from €1,050 excl. VAT to about €12,000 excl. VAT depending on the programme. Inter-island flights and the Mauritian stay are quoted from real supplier prices, line by line, before any commitment. All prices excl.
